  • Native or near-native fluency in Basque.
  • Based in Spain and able to work remotely.
  • English proficiency.
  • Comfortable using digital tools.
  • Detail-oriented and curious about technology.
  • Able to join a talent database and accept projects as they become available.
  • Willingness to work on freelance-remote, project-based assignments.
  • Ability to review project scope, timeline, and compensation before accepting each task.
