Description

  • Analyze quality performance data and produce statistical quality reports.
  • Monitor project progress and create related documentation with support from Quality Coordinators.
  • Complete internal assessments and review blind test ranges and team queries.
  • Provide ad hoc support to raters and educate them on best practices and client expectations.
  • Flag raters with behavioral concerns and request clarifications on root-cause analyses when needed.
  • Participate in creating and reviewing training materials such as best practices, newsletters, and webinars.
  • Track data, maintain knowledge and asset management, and analyze program data.
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders as needed and monitor rater queries.
  • Perform other program-specific tasks required to meet project OKRs.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Portuguese (Brazil).
  • Strong understanding of English and ability to follow instructions in English.
  • Must be located in Brazil.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in Portuguese (Brazil).
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not other search or ads rating programs.
  • Must not have current or previous experience with ads quality rating.
  • Must be the only person in the household working as a Search Quality Rater.
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Reliable computer system, internet connection, and anti-virus software.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality.
  • Must pass client learning modules and a required quality test before starting work.
