Description

  • Perform daily curation of written publications and audio content using established SOPs, checklists, and client guidelines.
  • Validate content and metadata for completeness, consistency, and basic accuracy, making guideline-approved corrections.
  • Identify and document content issues, defects, and internal-tool bugs using required templates and ticketing standards.
  • Escalate unclear, high-impact, or out-of-policy issues to the Team Lead or SME with supporting context and evidence.
  • Manage assigned queues to meet throughput, turnaround-time, and SLA requirements.
  • Follow information-security, confidentiality, and secure-work-environment requirements.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during repetitive or high-volume work.
  • Participate in team meetings, calibration sessions, and required training, applying feedback to improve quality.

Requirements

  • Ability to work PST hours.
  • Availability to commit to a 12-month assignment.
  • Ability to follow established SOPs, checklists, client guidelines, and ticketing standards.
  • Strong attention to detail when reviewing high-volume written and audio content.
  • Ability to assess content and metadata for completeness, consistency, and basic accuracy.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks while meeting productivity and turnaround-time expectations.
  • Ability to document issues clearly and escalate exceptions with supporting evidence.
  • Commitment to information security and confidentiality requirements.
