Description

  • Follow provided guidelines to evaluate the quality of filters and options in desktop and mobile views.
  • Assess whether filters and options help customers make decisions or suggest suitable alternative products.
  • Check whether filters and options match what customers are searching for based on their queries.
  • Determine whether the filters and options are relevant to customer preferences.
  • Review assessments for accuracy and consistency.
  • Complete task work according to project needs and within the assigned time constraints.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Swedish.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferably have prior experience or familiarity with relevance tasks and e-commerce searches/websites.
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research within specified time constraints and manage short throughputs effectively.
  • Reliable computer system and internet connection.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality.
  • Must complete a language assessment, training, and a mandatory quality test before starting work.
