Description

  • Follow provided guidelines to assess the quality of filters and options in desktop and mobile views.
  • Evaluate whether filters and options help customers make decisions or suggest relevant alternative products.
  • Determine whether filters and options match customer queries and preferences.
  • Review assessments for accuracy and consistency before submission.
  • Complete project work on a freelance basis according to task volume and availability.
  • Participate in the qualification process, including language assessment, training, and a mandatory quality test before starting work.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Swedish.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferably prior experience or familiarity with relevance tasks and e-commerce searches/websites.
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research within specified time constraints and manage short throughput.
  • Reliable computer system and internet connection.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality.
