Description

Translate clinical research, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance documents from English into Latin American Spanish.
Perform machine translation post-editing (MTPE) for safety content.
Copy edit translated and post-edited content for accuracy, tone, and consistency.
Deliver time-sensitive work within strict, non-extendable turnaround times.
Work in client CAT tool environments, including XTM and Phrase.
Use Microsoft Word Track Changes according to project-specific instructions.
Handle documents such as clinical protocols, informed consent forms, patient materials, SmPCs, PILs, labels, CTD modules, PSURs, DSURs, RMPs, and SAE/AE reports.

Requirements

Be a native speaker of Mexican Spanish (ESMX).
Meet one education/experience pathway: a degree in Translation, Linguistics, Language Studies, or equivalent; a graduate qualification in another field plus 2+ years of full-time translation experience; or 5+ years of full-time translation experience.
Have at least 2 years of practical life sciences and medical translation experience, including clinical trials and pharmacovigilance.
Be familiar with CAT tools such as XTM or Phrase.
Be proficient in using Track Changes in Microsoft Word.
Be willing to complete an assessment as part of onboarding and quality procedures.
Degree in Medicine, Biology, Biochemistry, Clinical Research, Translation, Linguistics, Philology, or a related field (preferred).
In-house experience at a CRO or pharmaceutical company (preferred).
