Description

Perform quality assurance, review, and curation of movie and TV metadata according to testing instructions, quality standards, style guides, and client checklists.
Complete assigned metadata tasks accurately, on time, and to a high standard, including repetitive work.
Prioritize tasks and issues effectively as project requirements change.
Analyze workflow data and operational performance to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
Document improvement opportunities, maintain a prioritized backlog, and provide actionable recommendations to Project Managers and leadership.
Design, develop, and deploy approved automation and AI-assisted tools under Project Manager guidance.
Build maintainable solutions using scripting or programming, progressing from proofs of concept to regular delivery.
Measure solution impact, iterate using feedback and performance data, and document and share tools to support team adoption.
Monitor emerging AI and automation tools and recommend relevant applications to the team.

Requirements

Passion for and knowledge of the film and TV industry.
Proven ability to analyze complex workflows, identify root causes, and independently develop structured solutions.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or another scripting or programming language.
Advanced spreadsheet skills, including macros, formulas, and data models.
Business-level or native English communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to deliver consistent results in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Ability to work a 40-hour week, Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, from 10:00 to 18:30 CDT.
Comfort with extended computer-based work and potential exposure to sensitive or mature content.
Relevant technical certifications or demonstrable equivalent experience; no minimum degree or years-of-experience requirement.
Experience with automation tools, AI-assisted workflows, prompt engineering, data operations, content review, or localization is preferred.

Benefits

Remote role based in Mexico.
Annual compensation of 480,000 MXN.
Indefinite contract.
