Description

  • Review finance workflows and task designs for realism, clarity, scope, and internal consistency.
  • Evaluate whether task inputs, business context, analyses, and decision-making steps reflect real-world finance practice.
  • Identify missing assumptions, ambiguous instructions, impractical constraints, unsupported requirements, and critical edge cases.
  • Flag tasks that are overly broad, unrealistic, or ineffective at measuring professional finance capability.
  • Provide concise written feedback and actionable recommendations to improve task quality and realism.
  • Collaborate with other finance experts to maintain consistent evaluation standards across the project.
  • Apply professional judgment to assess whether workflows mirror authentic industry standards and analytical practices.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of relevant professional experience for the Practitioner Track.
  • 10–16 years of relevant professional experience for the Senior Reviewer Track.
  • Hands-on experience in real estate underwriting, project finance, infrastructure finance, energy finance, mining, or natural resources investing.
  • Strong expertise in cash-flow modeling, financial valuation, debt structuring, and sensitivity/scenario analysis.
  • Ability to connect legal, operational, technical, and market considerations to financial outcomes and investment decisions.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain why an analysis is correct or incorrect.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to evaluate work against structured quality standards.
  • Experience reviewing analyst work, approving financial analyses, establishing quality controls, or developing evaluation standards is preferred.
  • Prior experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, workflow validation, or structured review projects is advantageous.
  • Availability to actively participate throughout the engagement, including dedicated 2–4 hour work sessions and timely responses to updates and feedback.
  • Applicants requiring H-1B or STEM OPT sponsorship are not eligible.
