Description

  • Take ownership of projects and drive them through to completion.
  • Manage work across multiple channels, including social, editorial content, influencer work, events, and video.
  • Create project timelines and coordinate resource booking and allocation to use agency resources efficiently.
  • Scope jobs and write statements of work.
  • Manage budgets and reconcile each phase of the job.
  • Ensure work is signed off at the correct stages by the appropriate internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Track timesheets to ensure accurate project actuals.
  • Monitor account health, including project progress, burn rate, budget status, and third-party and freelance team activity.
  • Develop and implement course-correction plans when project risks or issues arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or a related field, with a focus on operations, team management, and project planning.
  • Experience with a wide variety of marketing and content deliverable types.
  • Familiarity with agency turnaround times, agency workflows, and the pace of agency operations.
  • Ability to anticipate problems, mitigate issues quickly, propose creative solutions, and escalate when needed.
  • Strong responsibility for completing all project and retainer deliverables.
  • Confident, positive, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing project financials.
  • Highly proficient with Google Suite and Slack.
  • Baseline knowledge of Asana and other PM and AI tools and functions.
  • Knowledge of Workbook is a plus.
