Description

  • Analyze datasets and translate raw data into actionable insights.
  • Handle data batches, apply labeling techniques, and manipulate data according to project requirements.
  • Oversee the quality of training data, identify issues or anomalies, and implement corrective measures.
  • Provide translations and contextual understanding to align data with language and cultural nuances.
  • Offer recommendations to improve business processes and outcomes based on data analysis.
  • Transcribe and annotate audio or video files according to project guidelines.
  • Work on tasks assigned on a first-come, first-served basis as they become available.
  • Communicate and complete work through client-approved channels and onboarding systems.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and/or speaking Finnish and English.
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet and a functioning device such as a laptop or desktop.
  • Available to work in the IST time zone, preferably from 8am IST onward.
  • Comfortable with freelance, task-based work that may be irregular or intermittent.
  • Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills for interpreting complex datasets.
  • Experience with data labeling, data manipulation, or quality assurance is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address data quality issues.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly typing and writing.
  • Excellent listening, comprehension, and written communication skills.
  • Certification as a Linguist is a plus.

Benefits

  • USD $9.00 to $10.00 per hour compensation.
  • Remote freelance 1099 independent contractor position.
  • Flexible task-based schedule with 0 to 20 hours per week.
