Description

  • Create and publish AI-generated short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Use GenAI tools such as Higgsfield, HeyGen, Seedance, ElevenLabs, and CapCut to produce and edit content from ideation through publishing.
  • Manage a weekly output of 7-10 posts across assigned accounts.
  • Write platform-optimized captions that fit each account's voice and topic area.
  • Own day-to-day publishing for assigned AI-themed accounts with consistent cadence, quality, and relevance.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust content formats, prompts, and posting strategies to improve engagement and growth.
  • Stay current on AI trends, new tools, and algorithm changes to keep content competitive and timely.
  • Participate in a weekly 45-minute check-in with content leadership.
  • Collaborate with other Social Media Managers and contribute to strategy discussions.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience creating AI video content with work samples or a portfolio.
  • Experience using GenAI video tools, especially Higgsfield, HeyGen, Seedance, ElevenLabs, and CapCut.
  • Strong understanding of what performs on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Interest or familiarity with AI, tech, and culture content, including progressive issues and how AI intersects with politics and social justice.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines independently in a remote, async environment.
  • Early-career candidates are welcome.
  • $1,000 per month contract compensation.
