Description

  • Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand business challenges and complex cross-service needs.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements.
  • Coordinate with solution consultants, UX/UI designers, product owners, technical writers, and project managers to define scope, plan work, and support project delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain technical requirements throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Present solutions and implementation proposals to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with development teams to support implementation.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Initiate and coordinate cross-team collaboration to improve quality and promote best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role in an Agile environment.
  • Strong systemic and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to analyze and document complex business processes affecting multiple services.
  • Experience analyzing business requirements and converting them into technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies.
  • Understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, Microsoft Office 365, and visualization tools such as Figma or Axure RP, or similar.
  • Experience in business process modeling using relevant methods, approaches, and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at different management levels.
  • Fluent/Advanced English level.
