Description

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business challenges and resolve complex issues across multiple services.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consultants, UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Technical Writers on product scoping, planning, development, delivery, and support.
  • Prepare and manage technical requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Create and present proposed solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Work with development teams to support implementation and delivery.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing.
  • Initiate and lead collaboration with colleagues to improve quality and identify best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to analyze and document complex business processes involving multiple services.
  • Strong system and analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in understanding business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence, Office 365, and visualization tools such as Figma or Axure RP.
  • Experience in business process modeling techniques, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders at all management levels.
