Description

Lead the design of social media graphics and assets for owned channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Own and evolve deck and presentation templates to deliver polished, on-brand work quickly.
Produce research reports and thought leadership content, including layout, typography, and data visualisation.
Take ownership of brand identity by developing templates, maintaining guidelines, and evolving the visual language.
Create motion graphics and animations for social content.
Partner with the wider marketing team on campaigns and launches, often leading creative direction.
Work closely with the Growth & Marketing Director to support brand execution across multiple touchpoints.

Requirements

2–4 years of design experience with a strong, varied portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Ability to work independently and manage briefs end-to-end.
Strong understanding of social media culture and what effective social content looks like.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
Able to give and receive creative feedback constructively.
Motion and animation skills, such as After Effects or Adobe Express, are nice to have.
Experience designing for social platforms at scale is nice to have.
Report, editorial, or publication layout experience is nice to have.
Previous agency or in-house brand experience is nice to have.
