Description

  • Architect and build high-performance, event-driven microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Design and optimize cloud-native data pipelines and integrations with warehouses such as Amazon Redshift.
  • Manage containerized workloads on AWS and Kubernetes for high availability and scalability.
  • Implement observability using Grafana and Prometheus to monitor system health and performance.
  • Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions addressing scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor junior engineers and help evolve the engineering platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services and Kubernetes.
  • Experience designing event-driven architectures using Event Bus, Kafka, or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift or equivalent.
  • Experience building and maintaining observability stacks with Grafana and Prometheus.
  • Strong background in computer science, distributed systems, and software engineering principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Python, payment processing, tokenization, cryptology, or security products is preferred; ability to work in a hybrid environment is required.
