Description

  • Review and evaluate AI agent replies according to provided guidelines.
  • Compare two possible responses to a single request and determine which response is better.
  • Assess by how much one response is better than the other and provide that comparative judgment.
  • Assign an absolute overall rating to each response based on the evaluation criteria.
  • Identify and flag harmful, offensive, dangerous, or toxic content to improve model safety.
  • Complete and apply full online training and follow evaluation procedures consistently.

Requirements

  • English level B2+ (primarily reading and some writing; minimal speaking required).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good time-management skills and ability to meet evaluation schedules.
  • Proactive approach and a curious mindset for analyzing responses.
  • Willingness to complete provided online training and follow guidelines.
  • Available to work remotely with a flexible schedule; open to full-time or part-time arrangements.
