Description

  • Drive assigned routes in Fort Collins and other city/state zones using vehicles equipped with roof-mounted 360° cameras to capture street imagery, public areas, and points of interest.
  • Follow specific route instructions targeting commercial districts and historical sites and perform repeat visits when weather or lighting conditions require better image quality.
  • Monitor and ensure proper operation of onboard imaging equipment and in-vehicle computers, including basic troubleshooting and verification that data is recorded and stored.
  • Maintain vehicle condition, provide parking for the vehicle, report mechanical issues, and perform basic car maintenance checks as needed.
  • Adhere to safety and traffic laws and company procedures while collecting data and maintain punctuality and a consistent schedule (typically Monday–Friday, ~8 hours/day).
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and the field team about progress, issues, and completed routes; document and report anomalies or data-quality concerns.
  • Manage and organize collected data using a smartphone and basic computer apps as instructed, ensuring data integrity and detail-oriented record keeping.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver License with 1–2 years minimum driving experience.
  • Availability for at least 3 months and ability to work Monday–Friday, approximately 8 hours/day (40 hours/week), with potential for overtime.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.
  • Access to parking for a vehicle and willingness to drive across different city/state zones as assigned.
  • Responsible, reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Good driving skills and general car knowledge; able to perform basic vehicle checks.
  • Tech-savvy with smartphone proficiency, basic computer skills, and ability to use basic apps and onboard systems.
