Description

  • Design, build, and maintain software applications, services, and internal tools.
  • Develop automation solutions and product features for pharmacy workflows.
  • Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and performance.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with teammates to plan, scope, and deliver projects.
  • Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve productivity and software quality.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve engineering efficiency.
  • Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions as the platform grows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong experience with Python.
  • Experience building web applications, APIs, or backend systems.
  • Experience with Git, GitHub, and modern software development workflows.
  • Familiarity with databases and data modeling.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or modern frontend frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience building AI-powered applications, automations, or workflow systems is a plus.
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines is a plus.
  • Experience integrating with third-party platforms and APIs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Experience working at a startup or high-growth company is a plus.
