Description

  • Teach English to young learners aged 4–16 in one-on-one and one-on-two online classes.
  • Deliver short 25-minute regular lessons and 21–25 minute demo classes on the ClassIn platform.
  • Manage your own teaching schedule within the stated weekly availability window.
  • Build ongoing relationships with regular students and support their progress over time.
  • Create engaging, interactive lessons for young and beginner learners.
  • Communicate clearly with students and maintain an organized, stable teaching routine.
  • Adapt lessons and respond calmly to student needs during classes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in South Africa and available for 100% remote work.
  • Completed National Diploma in any field.
  • Accredited 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.
  • Clear, effective spoken English.
  • Consistent weekly availability that can be reliably committed to.
  • Comfortable teaching young learners with a high-energy, patient, and encouraging approach.
  • Intel Core i5 or higher computer with at least 8GB RAM.
  • Fibre internet connection with 20 Mbps up/down via LAN cable.
  • UPS backup power with 4–5 hours of battery life.
  • Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam.
