Description

  • Teach English online to young learners and teenagers from home.
  • Work part-time for a minimum of 10 hours per week within the stated service hours.
  • Cover peak teaching hours on Monday to Thursday from 16:00–20:00 ET, with at least 6 hours during that period.
  • Work at least 2 hours on Saturdays between 06:00–20:00 ET.
  • Follow one of the available shift patterns: Monday and Wednesday, Tuesday and Thursday, or both pairs with the same working hours for each pair.
  • Participate in interviews and complete the recruitment process in December 2025 for a January 2026 start.
  • Use the company’s online training and development resources to improve teaching practice.
  • Deliver lessons in an online teaching environment from a quiet, well-lit home workspace.

Requirements

  • Fluent English at C1/C2 level and Portuguese speaker.
  • 3+ years of online or in-class English teaching experience.
  • Accredited 120-hour+ TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Translation, English Literature, or another related field, completed or in progress.
  • Familiarity with CEFR and ESL assessments.
  • Highly computer literate with excellent communication skills.
  • Clean criminal record.
  • PC with Intel Core i5 CPU @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs) or better and 8GB RAM or greater.
  • Stable fiber internet connection with 20 Mbps upload/download via LAN cable.
  • UPS backup power with 4–5 hours of battery life recommended for areas with frequent power interruptions.
  • Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam (720p), and a quiet, well-lit teaching space.
