Description

  • Own user acquisition performance end to end for assigned products, including strategy, execution, and scaling across web and web-to-app funnels.
  • Drive profitable growth by optimizing toward long-term metrics such as LTV and D30/D120 ROAS.
  • Partner with Product Growth and Creative to identify and prioritize growth opportunities in onboarding, creatives, pricing, and user experience.
  • Design and run testing strategies across channels, creatives, funnels, and pricing models.
  • Scale and optimize acquisition channels including Meta and Google, while exploring and launching new channels.
  • Lead creative strategy with in-house teams and maintain strong testing velocity and performance insights.
  • Improve tracking, attribution, and data quality with Data and Engineering through initiatives such as CAPI, event mapping, and signal optimization.
  • Own cross-functional growth projects such as new market launches, funnel iterations, and new channel onboarding.
  • Continuously identify inefficiencies and convert them into actionable growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in user acquisition or growth, managing substantial budgets in subscription-based apps, consumer products, or high-scale e-commerce.
  • Proven experience owning performance for a product or business line, not just executing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of web and web-to-app funnels, including conversion optimization, paywalls, and subscription models.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering and influencing roadmap decisions with data and insights.
  • Deep expertise in Meta and Google channels, including Search, Display, and YouTube, plus at least one additional paid channel such as TikTok, Pinterest, or Snap.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
  • Ability to translate data into strategy and identify root causes and growth levers beyond surface-level metrics.
  • Experience with tracking and attribution systems, including CAPI, event pipelines, discrepancies, and signal quality.
  • Strong ownership mentality with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment.

Benefits

  • Fully remote and flexible work environment.
  • Professional and nourishing culture with minimal meetings and support for deep work.
  • Opportunity to work on award-winning, science-based health and wellness products with a tech-for-good mission.
  • A collaborative environment that values ownership, open communication, and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Work alongside a globally distributed team with in-house challenges and Slack-based collaboration.
