Description

  • Watch recorded exercise sessions and score movement quality using Sword’s clinical assessment framework.
  • Assess injury risk, movement effectiveness, range of motion, technique, and overall execution for each rep and session.
  • Provide rep-level assessments, session-level summaries, and structured written feedback.
  • Review and quality-check assessments produced by other annotators to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Flag ambiguous cases, unusual presentations, and content quality issues for further review.
  • Participate in calibration sessions with other annotators to maintain consistent scoring standards across the team.
  • Perform high-volume, repetitive annotation work while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Use Sword’s web-based annotation tools to complete assessments and submit results.

Requirements

  • Qualified physical therapist (active or recently practicing).
  • Confident clinical judgment across a broad range of musculoskeletal physical exercises.
  • Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive assessment work and applying scoring criteria consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent scoring standards.
  • Fluency in English (guidelines and feedback are in English).
  • Reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer.
  • Comfortable using web-based tools (full training provided).
  • Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) on a contractor basis with fixed hours.
  • Must be based in Portugal and possess a valid EU visa; no relocation assistance provided.
