Description

Lead end-to-end implementation projects from point of sale through go-live as the primary client contact.
Conduct discovery sessions to understand client procurement and financial processes and translate them into optimized workflows.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, technical alignment, risks, and client/internal dependencies.
Guide clients through data mapping, validation, and migration of business data into the platform.
Deliver workshops and onboarding sprints to enable client stakeholders to use the platform independently.
Create implementation playbooks, configuration guides, and short video workflows to standardize delivery.
Partner with Sales, Product, and QA teams to resolve technical blockers and share client feedback.
Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot implementation issues involving APIs and integrations.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, onboarding, project management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
Proven ability to manage multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Experience configuring complex B2B SaaS products, ERP, CRM, or similar business systems.
Excellent change management mindset and ability to guide clients through process transformations.
Customer-oriented, proactive, and highly organized with strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to reverse-engineer technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams on APIs and integrations.
Experience implementing or onboarding B2B SaaS customers in the US, UK, or European markets (preferred).
Understanding of finance, accounting, procurement, or core business operations (preferred).
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero, CRM platforms, or other enterprise software (preferred).
Academic background in economics, finance, management, business, or a related technical field (preferred).
