Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from point-of-sale through go-live as the primary client contact.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client procurement and financial processes and translate them into optimized workflows.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, technical alignment, and client data migration activities.
  • Guide clients through data mapping, validation, and migration of vendor lists, budgets, item catalogs, and related business data.
  • Track risks, deadlines, stakeholder expectations, and technical dependencies across internal and client teams.
  • Deliver interactive workshops and onboarding sprints to help clients use the platform independently.
  • Create structured enablement materials such as deployment playbooks, configuration guides, and short video workflows.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and QA to escalate blockers and turn client feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer implementation projects at the same time.
  • Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken, with confidence leading business meetings and negotiations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for working with business data and metrics.
  • Experience configuring complex B2B SaaS products, ERP, CRM, or similar business systems.
  • Strong change management skills with the ability to handle user resistance and guide process transformation.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams on APIs and integrations.
  • Experience implementing or onboarding B2B SaaS customers in the US, UK, or European markets is a plus.
  • Background in finance, accounting, procurement, economics, management, business, or a related technical field is a plus.
