Description

Lead creative strategy across multiple client accounts with high monthly creative output while maintaining quality standards.
Serve as the primary strategic contact for clients and present recommendations, test results, and performance insights to stakeholders.
Analyze creative and campaign performance data, including CTR, hook and hold rate, CPA, ROAS, and related metrics, to inform strategy.
Build and run testing frameworks that continuously improve creative direction based on live performance signals.
Develop platform-specific strategies for paid social, OOH/DOOH, and programmatic/DSP channels.
Partner with Creative Leads, Designers, Copywriters, and Motion Artists to turn insights into high-performing concepts.
Build long-term client relationships as a trusted strategic partner.
Champion AI tools and workflows across research, concept testing, and reporting.
Contribute frameworks, benchmarks, and platform expertise to the broader Strategy team.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience leading creative strategy for a high monthly volume of content in fast, iterative sprint cycles.
Experience managing creative strategy across multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data from ads managers, analytics tools, and creative-analytics platforms.
Confident communication skills for presenting strategy and performance insights to clients and senior stakeholders.
Ability to write clear, insight-driven creative briefs.
Data-informed mindset that balances analytical rigor with creative instinct.
Strong organization and self-direction in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
Enthusiasm for AI tools and their role in performance creative strategy.
