Description

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer insights, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop detailed specifications and wireframes for new features.
  • Lead product development cycles using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software on time.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new software products and enhancements to existing offerings.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret user feedback and data to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for product launches.
  • Monitor product performance and user engagement to optimize and enhance the user experience.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to keep products relevant and competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with user research and data analytics to inform product decisions.
  • Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Confluence.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
