Description

  • Provide virtual 1:1 English language training sessions to adult learners.
  • Lead virtual group language training sessions through the Speexx platform.
  • Help learners improve workplace communication skills.
  • Adapt teaching to the needs of adult learners from international business environments.
  • Use the Speexx platform and scheduling tools to manage coaching sessions.
  • Participate in opportunities to expand teaching work across the Speexx global network.
  • Complete paid initial and future training provided by Speexx.
  • Submit an introductory video as part of the application process.

Requirements

  • Proficient English speaker at CEFR C2 level.
  • TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certificate with a minimum of 120 hours.
  • Current experience teaching English online.
  • Experience teaching adult learners.
  • Second language at upper-intermediate level or higher (CEFR B2+).
  • A2+ level of Italian.
  • Availability to work during European business hours.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Meet the listed technical requirements, including at least 8 GB RAM, updated Windows or Mac OS, minimum CPU score of 1300 multi-core, 30 MBit/s download and 10 MBit/s upload bandwidth, Ethernet connection, and current Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari browser.
  • Compatible device requirements: Mac not older than 2018 or PC not older than 2020, plus Android 8.0+ or iOS 15+ for Speexx RTC compatibility.
