Description

  • Translate creative briefs, scripts, shot lists, and visual intent into precise prompts.
  • Generate AI video footage and visual assets using platforms such as Sora 2, Veo 3, and Arc Ads 2.0.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to interpret and implement creative feedback.
  • Refine prompt systems, templates, and production workflows.
  • Partner with senior editors to develop and improve SOPs.
  • Support operations teams in developing AI production agents.
  • Produce hooks, B-roll, static shots, and iterations aligned with performance creative needs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI-generated video and visual creation.
  • Curiosity about AI and how creative performs in paid social advertising.
  • Experience working quickly in a performance-focused environment.
  • Interest in building repeatable systems rather than one-off outputs.
  • Strong visual judgment, including pacing, framing, and storytelling.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate intent into visuals.
  • Comfort with rapid iteration and feedback.
  • Strong attention to detail and output quality.
  • Proof of craft and curiosity through a portfolio or practical work is valued over formal experience.
  • Familiarity with AI video platforms such as Sora 2, Veo 3, or Arc Ads 2.0.
