Description

  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows that generate actionable, human-directed insights.
  • Build and optimize LLM-powered systems for summarization, recommendation, classification, and orchestration.
  • Implement agentic AI patterns with explicit human guardrails, approval flows, and review checkpoints.
  • Translate unstructured data and spoken input into structured Action Points aligned with user goals.
  • Develop and maintain prompt architectures and evaluation frameworks for consistent AI output quality.
  • Architect semi-autonomous AI agents with human-in-the-loop control points and safety guardrails.
  • Design and implement real-time speech-to-text pipelines using Azure Speech SDK for transcription, intent detection, and multilingual support.
  • Deploy AI services with FastAPI and integrate them securely with backend systems and APIs.
  • Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to expose AI capabilities through secure APIs.
  • Optimize latency, throughput, cost efficiency, observability, logging, and monitoring across AI workflows.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Python with AI/ML systems.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI API or similar.
  • Experience deploying AI services with FastAPI.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration patterns.
  • Experience working in cloud-based AI environments, with Azure preferred.
  • Solid understanding of data processing, evaluation, and optimization.
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Experience with vector databases such as PGVector is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and AI CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
  • Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS AI systems is preferred.
