Description

  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate processes.
  • Conduct unit testing and support system testing and deployment activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow proprietary scripting languages.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting is preferred.
  • Experience developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform is preferred.
