Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
  • Integrate Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud to create seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Create custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to implement features and automations.
  • Manage API integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
  • Optimize data models and leverage Data Cloud for unified customer data strategies.
  • Support and implement marketing automation workflows using Marketing Cloud tools.
  • Conduct unit tests, participate in peer code reviews, and adhere to Salesforce best practices.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution and system stability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Proven experience with at least two of the following clouds: Data Cloud (Customer 360), Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications and managing APIs.
  • Advanced English proficiency for client calls and writing technical documentation.
  • Experience working in agile environments.
  • Salesforce Developer certification(s) strongly preferred; Multi-Cloud certifications are a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to ramp up quickly across additional Salesforce clouds if needed.
