Description

  • Evaluate source-system data to identify data elements, assess data quality, and uncover dependencies.
  • Cleanse data by resolving duplicates, missing values, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
  • Prepare and coordinate country-specific data cleansing packages with local teams.
  • Develop and maintain tracking sheets or dashboards to report on data quality metrics and progress.
  • Track, manage, and resolve data issues and defects during and after migration.
  • Perform post-migration defect analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure migration documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for execution.
  • Coordinate data mapping requests and ensure file completeness across workstreams.
  • Collaborate with Business Process Teams and SAP Functional Consultants.
  • Support migration cutover activities, including validation and post-migration validation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data assessment, cleansing, and quality management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and reconcile data and present insights through clear visualizations.
  • Strong MS Office knowledge and experience.
  • Experience extracting data from ECC is advantageous.
  • Good understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data models and master data.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills for managing plans and tracking progress.
  • Ability to work effectively with offshore teams.
  • Experience in defect analysis, trend identification, and continuous improvement.
  • SNP Data Migration experience is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with data migration processes and best practices in SAP environments.
