Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI programs across planning, execution, and governance.
Build relationships with executives and key stakeholders to align on outcomes.
Translate technical solutions into business value and strategy.
Drive program governance, including scope, risks, and dependencies.
Oversee Microsoft Fabric implementations and data platform modernization.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, analytics, and AI.
Facilitate executive steering committees and decision forums.
Develop adoption and change management strategies.
Monitor delivery performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
Support business development and client engagement activities.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Data & AI program management, leading enterprise-scale transformation programs end to end.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, Power BI, Synapse, and Data Factory.
5+ years of experience with Azure Data Services and cloud-native data architecture, pipelines, and analytics.
8+ years of experience in stakeholder management and executive-level communication and governance.
5+ years of experience in data platform modernization, including migrating legacy systems to cloud/lakehouse models.
5+ years of experience delivering programs in Agile or Scaled Agile environments.
5+ years of experience in governance and risk management, including RAID logs, executive reporting, and program controls.
3+ years of experience in AI/ML enablement, aligning data readiness with AI use cases.
3+ years of experience with modern data architecture patterns such as lakehouse or data mesh.
3+ years of experience with Power BI for enterprise reporting and dashboards.
5+ years of consulting or client-facing delivery experience in large engagements.
Preferred certifications include Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, PMP, or Scrum Master.
