Description

  • Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
  • Perform administrative tasks and system configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across GL, AP, AR, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with end users and IT teams to correct data and system errors.
  • Recommend process and system improvements to prevent recurring issues.
  • Document resolutions and maintain support logs.
  • Ensure system integrations function effectively for retail operations.
  • Participate in testing and validation of fixes and enhancements.
  • Provide technical input for enterprise structure configurations.
  • Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations.
  • Assist with reporting and analytics setup.
  • Follow compliance and data governance standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Deep knowledge of GL, AP, AR, reporting, and enterprise structures.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Experience supporting large-scale retail or enterprise environments.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Familiarity with administrative-level D365 tasks.
  • Experience with system integrations in retail or ERP environments (nice to have).
  • Exposure to Power Platform or Azure services (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of Canadian business compliance standards or consulting/client-facing experience (nice to have).
