Description

  • Prepare and define systems specifications and requirements.
  • Validate and manage system requirements throughout development.
  • Manage system integration and interfaces, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Review and approve vendor drawings, qualification and acceptance test procedures, qualification reports, and certification documents.
  • Support system development, qualification, and certification activities.
  • Support system test and flight test activities.
  • Prepare technical reports demonstrating compliance with certification requirements.
  • Work across multiple air systems, including ECS, CPCS, bleed air, ice protection, oxygen, fire detection and extinguishing, and ducting systems.

Requirements

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience or strong knowledge of air systems / pneumatic systems and their integration on aircraft.
  • Knowledge of aircraft and pneumatic interfacing systems.
  • Knowledge of TCCA, FAA, and EASA certification regulations.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Must have experience with Environmental Control Systems (ECS).
  • Must have experience with pneumatic systems / air systems.
  • Must have experience with bleed air systems.
  • Must have experience with system integration.
  • Must have experience with flight test and certification activities.
