Description

  • Build the UI workflow for selecting assets, generating LLM variants, previewing content by platform, routing approvals, and scheduling posts.
  • Implement and maintain social platform integrations, including OAuth, publishing, webhooks, pagination, rate limits, retries, and error classification.
  • Enforce brand and policy guardrails such as blocked terms, size and format limits, and approval gates.
  • Log create, edit, approve, and publish actions with full auditability and traceability.
  • Build timezone-aware schedulers, queues, and backoff/retry systems for reliable publishing.
  • Surface live campaign status through webhooks and alerts.
  • Attach campaign and UTM metadata automatically and ingest Insights/Analytics data into the warehouse.
  • Power dashboards for performance tracking and SLA monitoring.
  • Instrument traces, metrics, and logs, and define SLOs and runbooks for operational reliability.
  • Implement RBAC, secrets management, and least-privilege access controls for the asset database.
  • Partner with Marketing, Brand, Data, and Legal to translate briefs into prompt templates, schemas, and policy checks.

Requirements

  • 4+ years building production web apps or services, preferably with Python or Node.
  • Hands-on experience with queues/workers such as Celery, RQ, or SQS, and job schedulers.
  • Experience with OAuth2 and Meta social platform APIs, including publishing, webhooks, pagination, rate limits, and error handling.
  • Experience with LLM orchestration, including prompt templates, content validation/moderation, and safe outputs.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience shipping ETL connectors.
  • Familiarity with a modern data warehouse and BI tools such as BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, Looker, or Metabase.
  • Front-end proficiency with React and TypeScript.
  • Track record of shipping observability using metrics, logging, and tracing.
  • Experience writing runbooks and tests.
  • Preferred experience with TikTok, YouTube, or X APIs.
  • Preferred experience with batch publishing at scale and media processing pipelines.
  • Preferred experience with evaluations for generative content and brand-safety classifiers.
  • Preferred experience with CI/CD, containers, IaC, and SOC2-friendly audit logging.
  • Preferred experience with AB testing frameworks, feature flags, and config or versioned prompts.
