Description

  • Lead the enterprise Order-to-Cash transformation program from strategy and planning through implementation, stabilization, and adoption.
  • Serve as the primary business transformation lead for the O2C workstream and partner with the Enterprise Transformation PMO Lead on enterprise priorities.
  • Help establish and mature transformation governance, executive reporting, portfolio visibility, standards, methodologies, and operating rhythms.
  • Lead business process engineering efforts including current-state assessment, process mapping, future-state design, process harmonization, workflow redesign, gap analysis, and operating model development.
  • Support ERP implementation and integration initiatives, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, OneStream, and related enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, RAID logs, dependency trackers, dashboards, status reports, and executive materials.
  • Create executive-quality presentations, steering committee materials, business cases, decision documents, process documentation, and workshop deliverables.
  • Drive organizational change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness planning, training coordination, and user adoption.
  • Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource needs while resolving issues and escalating decisions as needed.
  • Develop repeatable templates, governance artifacts, documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex business transformation, program management, process engineering, or operational improvement initiatives.
  • Proven success leading Order-to-Cash transformation programs in complex organizations.
  • Deep expertise in business process engineering, process architecture, process mapping, operational excellence, and business process optimization.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementation and enterprise integration initiatives, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and OneStream; additional ERP platform experience is beneficial.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy Services, or Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex operations and translate strategy into executable transformation plans.
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, executive communication, presentation, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with organizational change management, executive facilitation, workshop leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheet; familiarity with Power BI and Visio preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred.
  • PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, Agile, Scrum, Business Process Management (BPM), or related certifications are highly desirable.
  • Must be able to work Central Time hours.
  • Must be fully authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or transfer.
  • Must be available for up to 1–2 weeks of travel per month.
  • C2C is not accepted.
