Description

Establish and lead an enterprise PMO from the ground up, including governance, operating model, methodologies, standards, tools, reporting, KPIs, and delivery processes.
Provide executive leadership across multiple enterprise transformation programs and align them with corporate strategy and business outcomes.
Develop portfolio governance structures such as steering committees, project intake, prioritization, stage gates, decision rights, and operating rhythms.
Lead process engineering and business process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, governance, scalability, customer experience, and enterprise performance.
Drive cross-functional transformation efforts across O2C, ERP, finance, operations, customer service, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, and asset management.
Develop and execute organizational change management strategies, including communications, stakeholder engagement, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement.
Create executive dashboards, portfolio KPIs, financial reporting, and transformation health metrics.
Monitor budgets, schedules, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource utilization, and drive mitigation actions.
Prepare executive presentations, Board materials, Steering Committee updates, and strategic communications.
Create and execute the PMO transition plan, including documentation, knowledge transfer, coaching, and readiness for client ownership.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive program management, portfolio management, and/or PMO leadership experience.
Proven success establishing and operationalizing enterprise PMOs from the ground up.
Demonstrated leadership of enterprise-wide transformation programs involving multiple business units, executive stakeholders, and technology initiatives.
Experience in an Integration Management Office, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise integrations, or similar strategic transformation environments strongly preferred.
Experience leading transformation in Oil & Gas, Energy Services, or Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing organizations strongly preferred.
Deep expertise in process engineering, operational excellence, business process optimization, and enterprise transformation.
Proven organizational change management leadership, including executive communications, stakeholder engagement, readiness, training, and user adoption.
Exceptional executive presence, business acumen, facilitation, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Planview, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
Experience in SOX-compliant or regulated environments preferred.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred.
PMP certification strongly preferred; Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications highly desirable.
Must be fully authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or transfer.
Must be able to work Central Time hours and travel up to 1–2 weeks per month.

Benefits

Annual salary range of $130,000-$160,000.
Remote role with travel up to 1–2 weeks per month.
