Description

  • Audit and evaluate chatbot conversations against the project’s core dimensions of Naturalness/Engagement, Utility, and Audio Quality.
  • Follow project-specific guidelines to deliver consistent and accurate evaluations.
  • Use the client’s proprietary platform to complete assigned tasks.
  • Maintain a daily workload of approximately 4 hours per business day, preferably.
  • Participate in the project qualification and onboarding process as required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field, or experience as a professional linguist.
  • Native-level fluency in Bengali (India).
  • Availability to start on or around June 1.
  • Full availability for the entire 2-month project duration.
  • Ability to commit to approximately 4 hours of work per business day, preferably.
  • Must be a freelancer or private individual; companies are not being engaged for this project.
  • Willingness to complete a project-specific qualification test.
  • Ability to complete a short language knowledge test in English and the target language.
