Description

  • Review existing poker footage to identify strong moments and video opportunities.
  • Pitch and develop compelling YouTube video concepts.
  • Create or mock up thumbnails in Photoshop.
  • Edit multi-camera videos in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Use YouTube analytics and performance data to inform creative decisions.
  • Optimize videos for click-through rate, audience retention, and other measurable metrics.
  • Contribute ideas and manage work with a high degree of independence.
  • Apply feedback to improve future content and channel performance.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
  • Ability to create or mock up YouTube thumbnails using Photoshop and/or AI tools, including ChatGPT.
  • Experience managing, supporting, or meaningfully contributing to a YouTube channel.
  • Proficiency with YouTube Analytics, including CTR, A/B testing, retention, traffic sources, and other performance indicators.
  • Comfort using AI tools, including ChatGPT, for research, ideation, analytics review, organization, and workflow efficiency.
  • Active interest in modern poker YouTube content, livestreams, creators, and major event coverage.
  • Strong organization, communication, reliability, and ability to apply feedback across future projects.
  • Open to candidates across the U.S. for nationwide roles.
  • Freelance role for Poker Night in America and Hellmuth's Home Game.
