Description

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications and existing functionality.
Develop, test, and deploy enhancements across the Salesforce platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle from analysis through post-release support.
Ensure solutions follow Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous platform improvements.
Maintain technical documentation for new developments and enhancements.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce platform technologies.
Proven experience providing ongoing Salesforce production support (BAU).
Experience delivering platform enhancements and new features in a live Salesforce environment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs is an advantage.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote team.
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud preferred.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub preferred.
Experience working in enterprise Salesforce environments preferred.
