Description

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications and existing functionality.
  • Develop, test, and deploy enhancements across the Salesforce platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from analysis through post-release support.
  • Ensure solutions follow Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
  • Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous platform improvements.
  • Maintain technical documentation for new developments and enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce platform technologies.
  • Proven experience providing ongoing Salesforce production support (BAU).
  • Experience delivering platform enhancements and new features in a live Salesforce environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote team.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud preferred.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub preferred.
  • Experience working in enterprise Salesforce environments preferred.
