Description

  • Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams of software engineers, QA specialists, and CMS content authors.
  • Define team structure, capacity planning, and resourcing.
  • Own delivery governance, including sprint planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Oversee creation, updates, and maintenance of editorial, campaign, product, and regional website content in AEM.
  • Govern digital asset management, including upload, organization, optimization, reuse, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Direct product information management for model data, specifications, pricing, and regional rollouts.
  • Oversee forms, lead management, feature prioritization, and new feature enablement based on business needs.
  • Own maintenance and enhancement of in-showroom web applications, including release management and version control.
  • Drive SEO implementation, technical monitoring, performance, accessibility, and quality assurance.
  • Serve as the senior technical point of contact for client and market stakeholders and communicate roadmaps and improvements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital delivery, web engineering, or technical program management.
  • 3+ years in a technical leadership or director-level role.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering, QA, and content teams.
  • Strong delivery governance and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience with DAM and PIM systems.
  • Experience overseeing custom web application maintenance and enhancement.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Assets, and authoring workflows.
  • Experience with AEM native components, templates, and sheet-based content tooling.
  • Experience with headless or hybrid content delivery and multi-market content architecture.
  • Experience with modern web application stacks, front-end frameworks, API integrations, and application performance monitoring.
  • Experience with technical SEO, performance optimization, accessibility standards, internationalization, and multi-market localization.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, QA processes, test automation, and quality governance.
  • Adobe Experience Manager or Adobe Experience Cloud certifications are preferred.
  • Experience in automotive or other multi-brand, multi-market digital sectors is preferred.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
  • Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a digital agency or consultancy delivery model is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
