Description

  • Build, manage, and scale paid acquisition channels across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies spanning acquisition through retention.
  • Optimize campaigns and budgets against CAC, LTV, ROI, and other performance metrics.
  • Identify, test, and evaluate new growth opportunities and emerging channels.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to develop high-performing advertising assets.
  • Analyze performance data and continuously improve campaigns based on insights.
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and marketing teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
  • Support experimentation frameworks and testing roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Strong growth marketing experience, particularly in early-stage or startup environments.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid channels and driving measurable growth.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing performance across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.
  • Experience collaborating with product, creative, and analytics teams.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and retention strategies (preferred).
