Description

  • Design and implement marketing analytics frameworks to measure performance across channels.
  • Set up and manage tracking systems using tools such as GA4, AppsFlyer, Segment, and Mixpanel.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Analyze data across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product channels to identify insights and opportunities.
  • Develop and refine attribution models to understand channel impact.
  • Support media mix modeling and other advanced measurement approaches.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
  • Translate data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
  • Experience with analytics and attribution tools such as GA4, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Segment.
  • Experience building dashboards using Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with attribution methodologies including multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and MMM.
  • Ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Comfort working across multiple channels and marketing functions.
  • Experience with SQL or data modeling (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake (nice to have).
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments (nice to have).
