Description

Design and implement marketing analytics frameworks to measure performance across channels.
Set up and manage tracking systems using tools such as GA4, AppsFlyer, Segment, and Mixpanel.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor KPIs and campaign performance.
Analyze data across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product channels to identify insights and opportunities.
Develop and refine attribution models to understand channel impact.
Support media mix modeling and other advanced measurement approaches.
Partner with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
Translate data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

Strong foundation in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
Experience with analytics and attribution tools such as GA4, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Segment.
Experience building dashboards using Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
Familiarity with attribution methodologies including multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and MMM.
Ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
Comfort working across multiple channels and marketing functions.
Experience with SQL or data modeling (nice to have).
Familiarity with data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake (nice to have).
Experience in high-growth startup environments (nice to have).
