Description

  • Conduct interviews with medical practitioners and Physician Assistants.
  • Screen candidates and support selection decisions.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and send offer letters and recruitment documentation.
  • Follow up to collect required candidate information and paperwork.
  • Coordinate practitioner and Physician Assistant onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate candidate, employee, recruitment, and onboarding records.
  • Track delegated tasks, deadlines, outstanding items, and follow-ups for the company owner.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, correspondence, and administrative materials.
  • Handle confidential information and assist with general HR and administrative projects.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Experience conducting interviews and screening candidates preferred.
  • Experience using WhatsApp, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and confident communication with candidates, medical practitioners, and management.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability.
  • Good computer and spreadsheet skills.
  • Ability to learn and use new software and online systems.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle confidential information discreetly.

Benefits

  • Full-time remote work.
  • Working hours aligned with the US Eastern Time Zone, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST.
  • Salary paid in South African Rand (ZAR).
