Description

  • Work with Product Managers, Engineering, Risk, and Operations teams to translate business goals into product and system requirements.
  • Lead discovery sessions and gather requirements for new features, products, and process improvements.
  • Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and related documentation.
  • Support product delivery by clarifying requirements, managing scope, and aligning stakeholders and development teams.
  • Analyze business processes, product performance, and operational workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs, regulatory requirements, and user expectations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or Product Operations.
  • Background in fintech, banking, lending, payments, or digital financial products.
  • Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
  • Strong skills in requirements documentation, stakeholder management, and process modeling.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex systems and business processes.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
  • Experience in international fintech or banking environments, including Europe, LatAm, SEA, USA, UK, or Russia (preferred).
  • Exposure to lending products, payments, BNPL, or digital financial platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Agile product development environments (preferred).
