Description

Build, resize, and adapt creative assets for social media, presentations, digital ads, print collateral, and event materials.
Execute designs based on established brand guidelines and creative direction.
Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital use.
Manage file organization, version control, and creative assets.
Apply multiple client brand standards across concurrent projects.
Incorporate revisions quickly and accurately.
Support light motion graphics and animation projects when needed.
Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and creative leadership.
Communicate proactively about project status and deadlines.

Requirements

4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Designer, or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
A strong portfolio showcasing production design, branding, and multi-format design work.
Experience working in a fast-paced agency or client-service environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfort working across diverse industries and adapting to different brand styles.
Motion graphics or animation experience is preferred.
Experience with Figma is preferred.
Social-first design experience is preferred.
Experience supporting event or experiential marketing projects is preferred.
Previous experience working with U.S.-based agencies or clients is preferred.
A strong portfolio must demonstrate production design excellence, brand consistency, attention to detail, and variety across industries and visual styles.
Ability to showcase both creative and corporate-focused work is required.

Benefits

Full-time position.
Salary of $1,700–$2,000 USD per month.
100% remote work.
Independent contractor contract.
