Description

  • Build and optimize onboarding, activation, retention, upsell, and reactivation journeys.
  • Run campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-product messaging.
  • Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for products and features.
  • Launch new products and features with clear go-to-market plans.
  • Create enablement materials for Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Write copy for emails, landing pages, product updates, and marketing materials.
  • Create polished campaign assets and maintain brand and quality standards.
  • Build, launch, QA, and optimize campaigns using marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Track campaign performance and define success metrics.
  • Analyze funnels, cohorts, engagement, and conversion data, and use A/B tests to improve results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, CRM Marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to simplify complex products.
  • Good design sense and the ability to create campaign assets independently.
  • Experience building campaigns in tools such as Customer.io, SendGrid, n8n, PostHog, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Comfortable working with analytics, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • High attention to detail and a strong ownership mindset.
  • Startup or scale-up experience preferred.
  • Excellent English; French and/or Spanish is a plus.
