Description

  • Create, analyze, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across TikTok, Snapchat, and Facebook.
  • Manage campaign budgets, performance, and ROI against defined KPIs.
  • Use internal and external reporting and analytics tools to monitor and improve campaign results.
  • Manage ad creatives and track direct and indirect competitor creative activity.
  • Partner with creative and motion design teams to develop and refine advertising content.
  • Coordinate with analytics, product, and design teams to align acquisition strategies.
  • Launch marketing campaigns autonomously.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok, Snapchat, and Facebook advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of traffic acquisition, social media advertising, and optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency with AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Excel for campaign tracking and management.
  • Strong analytical skills in campaign performance analysis and optimization.
  • Native-level Russian and professional English proficiency (B1+).
  • Experience in fintech (preferred).
  • Experience with ASO (preferred).
  • Availability for a full-time 5/2 schedule in the EET/EEST time zone, including Monday and Friday team syncs at 11:00.
