Description

  • Perform manual, exploratory, and automated testing for new features and complex compliance scenarios.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based API, integration, end-to-end, and occasional UI automated tests.
  • Test KYC/AML onboarding, verification, transaction-monitoring, and antifraud flows across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Analyze business and regulatory requirements and maintain test plans, test cases, checklists, and Allure TestOps reports.
  • Test REST APIs, asynchronous interactions, and event-driven microservice workflows.
  • Validate data consistency using SQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Integrate and maintain automated tests in GitLab CI and Jenkins pipelines.
  • Investigate, reproduce, and localize defects using logs and metrics in Grafana and Loki.
  • Support release testing and quality gates for compliance-critical changes.
  • Use Claude Code to automate routine QA activities, including test design, documentation, and defect analysis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Full Stack QA experience combining hands-on manual and automated testing.
  • Proven experience in FinTech.
  • Strong Java test automation experience with TestNG, REST Assured or similar tools, and Allure.
  • Solid knowledge of testing theory, including test design techniques, test levels and types, and defect lifecycle.
  • Experience testing RESTful APIs and strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL.
  • Understanding of microservices, asynchronous interactions, and event-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and Git.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC or willingness to work within regulatory standards.
  • Fluency in Russian and English at B1+ level.
  • Experience using AI tools in engineering workflows, financial services testing, trading, iGaming, or AML/KYC/antifraud projects is preferred.
